I had an excellent experience working with Daryl and Ernie. They were both informative and very helpful, from my initial call for the quote with Daryl, to the actual inspection, and then receiving all necessary paperwork. Dealing with Asbestos and the costly nature of the experience is very stressful. Daryl answered my questions, made suggestions, and even recommended grant programs to possibly offset my costs. I felt like they really cared about my situation and were willing to help any way they could. Of course they are in business to earn a living like we all are, but they showed a level of integrity with the information they gave me. Unfortunately, I don’t see that too often these days, so its refreshing to have an experience like this. Dealing with asbestos which is no fun at all but these folks made it bearable…. actually it was pleasant.
Ernie was wonderful! So capable and a pleasant personality. We really enjoyed working with him.
The inspection and estimate was easy and the removal was scheduled within our limited timeframe. The team removed the material from the basements of a two hundred year old house with low ceilings and uneven floors. The basement was washed clean and everything left in good order. The removal and clean up exceeded our expectation. We would use All Demolition & Asbestos Services again when the need arises.

I found Daryl to be accommodating due to the emergency nature of getting asbestos removed in order to replace a boiler. I was very impressed how available they were to answer my questions of concern before and during the removal process. They are a very professional team and I am grateful that they completed the work in a timely manner.
Started a remodel of one of our bathrooms. Found sheetrock with wiring and electrical leads connected to the ceiling sheetrock. Never saw or heard of this before. Turns out old style of radiated heat system. Jumped online and found some systems had asbestos in them. Called some places to find out about testing. Some prices were over 450 just to come out a get a sample. AD&AS were reasonable and allowed me to send them the samples. Only wanted to know if asbestos was in the sheetrock or not. Other companies wanted to test entire house and do official reports for the house and for the town. Even before the test results came back had multiple contractors and friends who have seen this particular sheetrock said it was safe. Had AD&AS do test anyway for peace of mind. They had results for me within a week or so. Others said up to a month. Over all happy and no issues with AD&AS.
They are real pros, efficient, and nice people.
